Is pricing per user?
No. ChangeMap is priced per workspace, not per person. Your subscription covers your entire team's access to that workspace. Everyone on your team works from the same plan.
What counts as usage?
Usage reflects the analysis work ChangeMap completes for you: current reads, condition analysis, evidence interpretation, and agent activity. Browsing the product, adding evidence, and reviewing results do not consume your allowance.
What happens if I reach my limit?
That depends on how you have configured your overage settings. If you set a hard cap, processing pauses until the next billing period. If you set an overage limit, you can continue working up to that amount. You stay in control.
Annual vs monthly billing?
You can choose either, and switch later. Annual billing saves 20% compared to monthly. The toggle above updates the prices shown for each plan.
Do plans include the same features?
Yes. Every plan, Practitioner, Team, and Scale, includes full access to every feature. The difference between plans is the usage allowance and workspace configuration, not what you can do.
Which plan is right for larger transformations?
The published Scale plan is a starting point. If you are running a large portfolio of programs, we will scope a plan with volume pricing and a usage configuration that fits how you work.
