Do paid plans include the same core intelligence?
Yes. Practitioner, Team, and Partnered all include ChangeMap's core transformation intelligence. Choose a plan based on how you work, your adoption context, the processing capacity appropriate to that use, and the level of implementation, enablement, and support you need.
How is processing capacity managed?
Each plan includes processing capacity appropriate to its intended use. Workspace owners can monitor usage from Plan & Usage in workspace settings. Included capacity resets with each billing period and does not roll forward.
Is pricing per user?
No. ChangeMap plans apply to a workspace, not a seat count. Team reflects a broader collaborative adoption posture rather than per-user licensing.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Eligible plan changes can be requested from workspace settings. Upgrades apply through the subscription flow, while scheduled downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed once per year: Practitioner is $240, Team is $950, and Partnered is $10,000. Monthly plans are billed each month at $25, $99, and $1,000 respectively.
What does Partnered advisory partnership include?
Partnered combines full ChangeMap access with implementation support, team enablement, direct support, and a flexible advisory relationship grounded in transformation intelligence. Annual Partnered includes up to 50 hours of advisory partnership per year. Monthly advisory arrangements are established with each customer and do not have a published hour allocation.
